They will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email updates with tracking information until your package arrives!

Order cancellations are accepted before the plushie has shipped. Please contact me directly to ask for an order cancellation.
Blue Pawprint Crochet will only issue a refund on an order in the following circumstances:
- the order does not arrive
- the order arrives damaged
- the buyer & Blue Pawprint Crochet agree together that a refund should be issued
